Canadian actress who is best famous for her role as Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. In 2019 she began starring in CBSs Blood & Treasure. Her other credits include 2006's Earthstorm and 2005's The Perfect Neighbor. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada the daughter of Peter Silk an academic and his wife Ilkay who is an actress, director and producer playwright teacher and Director of Drama of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's first memory is of seeing her mother work and attending play rehearsals. Silk had the privilege of being a young actress for a variety of commercials. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has created two plays in the early years: Seven Menus. Samuel Levi and Levi are the sons of Seth Cooperman. The actress was in 2009 when she was cast as the main character in Lost Girl. CNN has praised her role as Bo as well as Lauren in Lost Girl. E! also named it the Best TV Couple in 2013.
